Administration
The site has an ADMIN link, you may see this at the bottom of each page - or it may have been sent in the email after setting up the account. Your username and password is your access to the pages, nobody else will have access. Try entering an incorrect username/password combination. - More... |
Add New Story/Information
Select the "Add New" link to create a blank form to allow you to add a new story to the site. The important factor is the CATEGORY link. This requires to be handled in a specific way. - More... |
Amend Story
Amending a story is detailed in the Administration link above. Select the Story from the pop-up list and amend the text as required. Remember that if you enter some text on the fields you must select the 'Save' button for it to get added to the page. If you type some text and the 'Select picture' you will lose your changes. |
Uploading Pictures
At present we allow JPG files to be uploaded. The Upload Button on the Admin page takes you to the Upload page. - More... |
Selecting Pictures
For each page you have the opportunity to allocate 2 pictures. The first picture will load on the page between paragraph1 and paragraph2, while the second picture will be loaded between paragraph2 and paragraph3. - More... |
Deleting an Entry
If you wish to delete a page then select the page you wish to amend (from the pop-up list 'Select Story to Edit') then select 'Delete entry'. Confirm with the 'Click to Delete entry' button. The menu categories will automatically be generated when categories are added or removed. |
Enhanced Facilities
You can add HTML tags in the fields for things such as Bold or Italic. If you know HTML then you can use tables, lists or any other special facility available. You can paste the HTML tags in from any HTML Editor. I'll list below the simple tags that you may want to use. - More... |
